What this directory is

If a business wants to improve its position, the path is the same for everyone: better underlying performance and cleaner public data, not a payment to us. A business that’s listed here can contact us to correct factual errors, a wrong phone number, an outdated service area, a license detail that changed. What it cannot do is edit its own score, its sentiment summary, or its ranking. Those stay tied to the rubric and the data, not to the business’s preferences.

Sponsorship, handled separately

Some pages include sponsored placements. These are always labeled “Sponsored,” shown in their own section, and kept apart from the earned ranking above them. Paying for a sponsored slot never moves a business up the ranked list and never changes its score.

What happens when you ask to be matched
